It is better to do even 45 minutes of biking. Yes, it’s just as good as running/walking/jogging. I never actually recommend those because of the havoc it wreaks upon your joints.
Of course your weight loss has slowed down, it’s a plateau. You have to kind of “take it to the next level” (God I hate that phrase) to lose more, I think exercise is your ticket to that.
